Welcome to Cycle Therapy - 4 Corners Racing 2010
Cycle Therapy - 4 Corners Racing is a USA Cycling road club dedicated to cycling fitness, racing, and group riding. With thirty-five members, the Team has some of the best master’s racers in the Northwest. But not everyone races: a number of team members ride just for the high fitness level. We are located in southeast King County, near Seattle, Washington. The current team co-leaders are Peter Fraiman and Michael Kopp. For 2010, Cycle Therapy Bicycle store is the primary sponsor. Currently, Team training rides are for members only.

Sat Sept 4th
4 good climbs, and 2500' of climbing
Depart 4 Corners to Lake Sawyer and over to Auburn via PIR. Up Lakeland climb, and then the right climb up Edgewater and then a fuel stop. Down South, and then up Victor falls, dropping into the subdivision pit, and up the scenic climb. Then down to Auburn and back via Lake Holmes Rd.

Sunday Ride:
McGraw's Recovery Ride: Every Sunday I am organizing a slooooowwww ride from various eateries/coffee shops in the area. We start at 9am and they generally last 2 hours. The slow 15mph pace encourages those who want to recover from Saturday’s “race” as well as bring those out who feel a bit intimidated to get out with a group. Strong riders may NOT use their big chain ring.
